Clopay Aschersleben GmbH is formed as a Clopay Plastic Products Company and BBA Fiberweb Joint-Venture Company.

1997
Production begins with one production line at the green-field manufacturing site.

1999
Multiple production lines are added utilizing Clopay Plastic Products Company's proprietary breathable film and laminate technology.

2003
APA Advanced Printing Aschersleben GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clopay Aschersleben GmbH,
is formed.

2004
Additional flexographic printing lines added to APA.
Incremental capacity added at Clopay Aschersleben GmbH.

2005
Clopay Plastic Products purchases the minority 40% shares to acquire 100% ownership of Clopay Aschersleben GmbH.
